Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Work independently with Operations Heads and Designer in project management execution;
Liaise with Internal Departments and Operations team, etc. on aligning design and E&M matters;
Provide project coordination on site and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, factories, and suppliers.
Monitor and oversee the entire process of fitting-out projects
Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site
Prepare site report, photo record, working schedule and relevant site document
Job Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in building services and site supervision
Good team player, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently
Knowledge in AutoCAD is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Site Supervisor
