Requirements
1. For Goudie Associates Hong Kong design studio
2. Minimum 3 years quality international project management experience
3. Hong Kong based, resident or with visa
4. Recognised qualifications or equivalent experience
5. Good command of written and spoken English. Cantonese and Mandarin are advantage
6. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
7. Pleasant, proactive, smart, a good team player, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
8. Good problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills
9. Ability to independently or assist in preparation of schedule of rates, bill of quantities, full sets of tender and contract documents
10. Understanding of M&E aspects is advantage
11. Occasional travel may be required
