Responsibilities

Assist in the management and monitoring of the performance of relevant contractors and business partners, in particular their staff deployment and the quality of their services
Perform operations audit of services contractors’ performance by joint inspection, CCTV and performance report monitoring
Assist in the investigation of complaints as well as liaise and draft feedback to complainants
Liaise with the taxi trade particularly for the implementation of new operation arrangements/policies and important temporary traffic arrangement
Liaise with the Transport Department on the dissemination of taxi-related information to the public, such as fare revision, trade promotion campaigns, etc.
Maintain and enhance various related systems and mobile apps to ensure the smooth transport operations of taxis (e.g. ZTAXI, Taxi pre- booking system, Taxi Queuing System, etc)
Facilitate planning and arrangement for KPI surveys to assess the performance of taxi station operations and carrying out corrective, preventive, as well as remedial actions.
Assist in planning and implementation of business initiatives, such as enhancements to facilities, process improvements, and automation
Perform frontline operational support duties as and when required and support in liaison with technical departments for facilitating the implementation of capital works and 3RS projects in an orderly manner

Requirements

Degree holder and fresh graduate are welcomed; associate degree or higher diploma with minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4 years’ work experience will also be considered
Associate degree / higher diploma, or secondary education level with only 2 years' work experience will be considered as Operation Officer Trainee
Customer-focused, detail-oriented
A team player with good communication skills, planning skills, negotiation skills and organization skills
Proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Possession of a valid 香港 driving license is an advantage
