Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day service contractors\' service delivery, on-going administration and performance monitoring of operations according to the prescribed standards as set in the agreement, including facility management at HKIA Community Building, Lost and Found Management
Assist in the management of the airport way-finding
Provide administrative and operational support to the team, as well as budgetary control
Assist in the consolidation of operational data, the compilation of relevant statistical reports, work plans and business presentation
Assist in the handling of customer inquiries, feedback and complaints
Assist in ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Project Management, or other related disciplines or proven experience in airport operations will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed; Associate degree or higher diploma with a minimum 2 years\' relevant work experience, or secondary education level with at least 4years’ work experience in an operational related area or contract management area will also be considered
Preferably with hands-on operation experience in airport or sizeable organizations
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Energetic with a strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office application
Knowledge in image design, filmmaking and AI‑assisted creative tools
Immediate availability is an advantage
