We’re hiring an International Contract Manager

Are you ready to take your legal career beyond traditional boundaries and step into a truly international driven role? We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile International Contract Manager to join our Legal & Corporate Affairs team, supporting operations across multiple regions in a fast-paced global environment.

About the Role

This is not just a contracts role — it’s a strategic, cross-functional 職位 where you will act as a key partner to legal, commercial, operations, and leadership teams globally. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our contractual frameworks, governance practices, and compliance standards enable sustainable growth across international markets.

Contract Management & Commercial Support

You will take ownership of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements, including:

Transportation, warehousing & distribution agreements
NDAs, service agreements, and consultancy contracts

Beyond drafting, you will:

Drive contract lifecycle management, including renewals and amendments
Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks with practical solutions
Ensure all agreements align with regulatory standards and internal policies

Corporate Governance & Regional Coordination

You will support governance across multiple jurisdictions by:

Coordinating board resolutions, filings, and corporate secretarial matters
Maintaining corporate records, licenses, and statutory registers
Liaising with external advisors, regulators, and 公司名稱 secretaries
Supporting governance best practices across regional entities

Compliance & Risk Management

Play a key role in strengthening our compliance culture by:

Supporting implementation of compliance frameworks and internal policies
Monitoring regulatory developments across trade, logistics, and corporate environmentsAssisting with due diligence, audits, and compliance reporting
Helping ensure smooth and compliant cross-border operations

Cross-Functional Legal Support (HR, Insurance & Projects)

This role provides exposure across business functions, including:

Supporting HR on employment-related documentation and policy matters
Contributing to strategic projects and operational initiatives
Facilitating efficient document management and internal approvals

Qualifications

We’re seeking a well-rounded professional who combines legal expertise with commercial awareness:

5–8 years’ experience in contract management, legal operations, or corporate administration
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain environments is highly valued
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, governance, and compliance practices
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, international setting
Fluent in English (additional Asian languages are a strong advantage)
