Operation Executive (Customer Service)

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Customer Service Specialist to join our innovative EV charging solutions team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence within the rapidly growing electric vehicle infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond professionally and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms to ensure accurate and timely service completion.

  • Manage day-to-day operations to maintain CS quality standards and meet customer expectations.

  • Identify and promote additional services to customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Liaise with relevant departments to conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses of complaints, responding to customers promptly.

  • Propose solutions to complaints and ensure risks to the companys reputation are minimized in line with the overall business strategy, turning customer complaints into compliments.

  • Communicate and monitor service levels with the outsourced customer service center.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline 

  • Minimum of 2 years working experience. Previous experience in customer service, customer engagement, or a similar role within the EV charging or technology industries will be an advantage

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues

  • Be empathetic and patient in handling customer inquiries or complaints

  • Strong independence with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Short notice or immediate availability will be an advantage

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing

  • Immediately available is highly preferable
