Job Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing and managing our marketing channels. Your responsibilities are summarized as follows:

• Digital Advertising: 

  • Implement and optimize digital advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads and others).

• E-Commerce Online Shop:

  • Daily maintain and optimize eCommerce platforms (Shopline) for stability and performance.

• Content Creation & Management: 

  • Develop and daily maintain engaging content for our websites and marketing channels (FB, IG, 小紅書, EDM, etc) with assistance of AI tools

  • Assist to develop and implement marketing strategies to enrich brand visibility and enhance new client conversions.

  • Revamp existing websites and develop a new website in assistance with vendors.

• POS System: 

  • Daily maintain and optimize the online POS system (dkdoo) of our flagship shop.

• Digital Campaign: 

  • Collaborate with other teams to manage and execute digital campaigns (e.g. Facebook Live). 

  • Liaise with designers, photographers, videographers, KOL, MI and other digital marketing vendors to ensure timely production of assigned tasks.

• Trend Monitoring & Learning: 

  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Job Requirements:

• Digital Ad and Content Experience: University graduate in IT, marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, creative media, or related disciplines and with a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, and good use of AI tools.

• Self-Motivated and Eager to Learn: Were looking for someone who is excited to dive into the world of SEO and content optimization. If you have a passion for continuous learning and personal growth, and youre eager to master the skills needed to optimize the content you write to drive maximum traffic from Google and other search engines, youll thrive in our team.

• Teamwork and Initiative: We value a proactive and versatile team player who is dedicated to their craft but also understands the importance of collaboration. While your primary focus will be on content marketing, there may be occasional opportunities to support the team with tasks related to platform and business growth. Your willingness to contribute when needed will make a significant impact.
