The Job

• Provide B2B services to our clients in Japan who are the worlds top brands of toys, juvenile products and consumer goods about product quality

• An excellent career path in a listed multinational corporation to deliver the best in class B2B services to safeguard product quality

• Handle clients enquiries

• Coordinate between external clients and internal technical colleagues to monitor the progress of testing projects and all related events

• On-the-job training will be provided

• Assist in any ad hoc job tasks as assigned

• Travel to Japan is required for this position

The Person

• Degree / High Diploma holder in any discipline

• Competent in both spoken and written JAPANESE (N1), English and Mandarin

• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Client Services Executive

• Fresh graduate will also be considered

• Immediate available would be an advantage
