Responsibilities:

Assist in coordinating with internal departments and consultants on land matters
Assist in preparing applications and submissions to Lands Department on land issues
Assist in handling Government rates and rent administration
Conduct site inspection, market research and analysis
Prepare presentation materials
Handle departmental administrative work and ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in real estate sector
Good team player with the ability to work independently
Good presentation, communication skills and self-motivated
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Good knowledge of Chinese word processing
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
