Office Clerk
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and office duties.
Provide daily support to company staff.
Clerical duties (data entry, updating excel reports, filing, issuing invoices)
Organize work files and office records.
Any ad hoc duties including running errands out of office if required
Requirements:
Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant office experience as clerk.
Ability on Chinese typing will be considered first. (at least 40 w.p.m.)
Proficiency in MS Office and word processing.
Ability to use photoshop for simple graphic design will be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills.
Immediate availability is a must.
