Retail Shop Manager

This role offers an exciting opportunity to analyze sales data, train staff, and enhance customer experiences in the beauty and hair styling industry.

• Sales Analysis and Strategy: Work with the Country Manager to analyze store sales data, formulate action plans, and lead the team to achieve sales targets.

• Team Development: Train and guide staff to optimize operational efficiency, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

• Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Operational Management: Oversee store operations, product assortment plans, and marketing campaign implementation, providing valuable insights to management.

• Business Expansion: Spearhead new shop expansions in Hong Kong and manage retail partnerships to drive growth.

• Retail Experience: At least 4 years in retail, with 2 years of supervisory experience in store operations and sales management. Experience in beauty or electronic appliances industries is a plus.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hair styling, beauty, and fashion trends. Ability to demonstrate hair styling techniques using stryvs products.

• Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse customers and team members.
