Overview

We are seeking a Membership Officer to join the team at Ladies' Recreation Club. This full-time role is responsible for managing and administering the club's membership processes, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued members.

Responsibilities

Handling all membership-related enquiries and applications, both in-person and via email/phone
Processing new memberships and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
Cooperating with the team in selling memberships and debentures
Maintaining the membership database and records, ensuring information is up-to-date
Generating membership reports and providing membership status updates to management
Assisting with member events and activities, including registration and check-in
Providing excellent customer service to members and addressing any concerns or issues

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or membership administration role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members professionally
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in using various office software, including Microsoft Office suite
A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
