Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Creating comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and target audience needs

• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media

• Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms

• Allocating and managing the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI

• Utilizing analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed

• Working closely with frontline staffs and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives

• Developing strategies to engage and retain customers, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction

• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to implement innovative solutions

We are looking for:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines

• 3-4 years of work experience in beauty industry is preferred

• Experience in public relations is an advantage

• Excellent planning and project management skills

• Strong in digital marketing, social media, SEM

• A good team player who has strong sense of responsibility, good communication & organization skills and self-motivated, willing to take challenges and work under tight schedules

• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Short notice / immediate available is highly preferred
