QS Manager / AQSM/ QS - Main contractor(Maintenance Project: ASD/ Housing/ Public Sector) $35,000 to $70,000Job Duties
• 15 years experience in Quantity Surveying works, 5 years in Managerial position
Job Requirement
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
Qualified QS (HKIS/ RICS) Chartership + 5 years experience must have advantage
A minimum of 5 years experience in main contractor for Government sector maintenance projects.
Proven experience in construction with relevant exposure in public sector preferably.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Windows.
