Land Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the survey reports including data, charts, plots, map, records, etc;

• Review of drawings and prepare survey data;

• Submit of survey record and resolve the request from client;

• Coordinate and monitor the progress of BIM modeling works; 

• Arrange general maintenance and calibration of survey instruments;

• Perform night duties if and when necessary to suit the site progress;

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma holder in Land Surveying or equivalent;(Applications from Mainland students as well as all non-local students are welcome.欢迎来自国内的学生以及所有非本地畢業生的申请)

• At least 5 years post qualification working experience;

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;

• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD;

• Immediately available is highly preferred;

• Less qualified candidate will be considerate as Assistant Surveyor.
