We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business Group at Huawei Hong Kong. This role involves managing accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success, with a focus on ICT projects such as finance, government, innovation, and real-estate industries.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee client accounts to ensure effective management and the development of strong relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, addressing any concerns promptly.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client needs and enhance overall service delivery.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Requirement
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
Proven track record in managing ICT projects, preferably within healthcare, innovation, education sectors.
