Job Responsibilities

Join the ERP team to implement Dynamics 365 ERP system for royalty management

Act as a bridge between internal users and external vendors on system implementation:

• Perform business analysis and document as-is and to-be workflow and business processes;

• Collect business requirements and confirm with users and vendors;

• Prepare field mappings and perform data migration;

• Prepare test case and perform user acceptance testing;

• Document user change requests and prioritize with users and vendors;

• Document issues found and follow-up with vendors.

 Job Requirement:

• About 2 years experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP implementation;

• Preferrable with experience in F&O finance management modules;

• Other accounting related ERP implementation would also be considered;

• Experience in Microsoft Teams/Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI development are preferred;

• This position is also open to those who are currently in ERP developer or system analyst;

• Degree holder in Information Technology or Accounting or equivalent;

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is required;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
