Salary: HKD 25,000 - 30,000 per month (inclusive of bonus)(The high end of the salary range is reserved for candidates with a proven track record in campaigns, analytics, and content.)

As our Digital Marketing / Digital Content Specialist, you will:

• Manage SEM campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions

• Implement SEO/LLMEO strategies to improve online visibility and search rankings

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin

• Create and appear in video content to promote and market our services across different platforms (candidates must be comfortable to appear in our marketing materials)

• Expand the reach of services by identifying and collaborating with micro-influencers and running targeted ads

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all online advertising activities

• Conduct campaign analysis using Google Analytics and other online tracking tools

• Improve the SEO performance and content quality of the company website

• Write and publish weekly blog articles aligned with company branding and services

• Design visual materials for social media using Canva or similar tools, and support ad-hoc marketing initiatives as required

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the director related to marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Minimum 2 years' experience in digital marketing, with focus on SEM, SEO/LLMEO, and social media content creation

• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken & written)

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

• Proficient in Canva or other design tools

• Immediate availability preferred
