Your new company

We are currently looking for several Business Analysts for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.

Your new role

• Work with clients to identify the business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Understand and analyse functional impacts on front-to-back applications
• Perform and interpret requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients
• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and business diagnosis
• Assist in preparing the functional and technical specifications' documentation, and support UAT

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information systems, or related disciplines
• 3 years + of related working experience in the IT industry, preferably in a financial / insurance/ commercial environment
• Solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of JAVA, JavaScript, Python, Angular, SQL and Sprint Boot
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior roles.
