About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Allianz Worldwide Partners (Hong Kong) Limited as an HR Intern. As a HR Intern, you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting a range of HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates

• Support HR administration tasks such as processing employee onboarding and offboarding documents

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks

• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Enthusiastic and proactive team player with a genuine interest in HR
