IT Manager - Project Mgt & Business Analysis (Secondment Contract)
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements, acting as Business Analyst for the Investment business line (Stocks, Funds, Bonds) to support business needs.
Serve as IT Project Manager, managing projects from initiation through to rollout.
Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders—including business users, technical teams (internal and external), regulatory bodies, and senior management—to ensure successful project delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate IT solutions and issue resolution, and prepare related documentation.
Coordinate with multiple parties to achieve project goals.
Contribute to the wider project group by sharing domain knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis; experience in the banking industry is highly preferred.
Experience in driving digital transformation programs with distributed teams across multiple locations (internal and external resources).
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of performing under pressure.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese).
