IT Manager - Project Mgt & Business Analysis (Secondment Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements, acting as Business Analyst for the Investment business line (Stocks, Funds, Bonds) to support business needs.

• Serve as IT Project Manager, managing projects from initiation through to rollout.

• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders—including business users, technical teams (internal and external), regulatory bodies, and senior management—to ensure successful project delivery.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate IT solutions and issue resolution, and prepare related documentation.

• Coordinate with multiple parties to achieve project goals.

• Contribute to the wider project group by sharing domain knowledge.

Requirements:

• ⁠Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis; experience in the banking industry is highly preferred.

• Experience in driving digital transformation programs with distributed teams across multiple locations (internal and external resources).

• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement and vendor management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of performing under pressure.

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese).
