Human Resources Officer

 Responsibilities:

• Handle frontline staff recruitment and onboarding for the Club.

• Handle payroll for full-time and part-time staff members.

• Maintain accurate filing records to ensure compliance with the Employment Ordinance and related regulations.

• Advise frontline employees on HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in liaising and managing staff benefits with relevant service providers.

• Assist in conducting staff training programmes and records.

• Handle other duties assigned by the HR Manager. 

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines.

• At least 2 years of solid HR experience from the hospitality or private clubs sector.

• Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR-related ordinances and regulations.

• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently and detail-oriented.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).

• Hands-on MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.

• Solid experience in HRIS would be an asset.

• Immediately available is a must.
