Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment & Compensation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple departments, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive offer packages, conduct annual appraisals, facilitate salary review cycles, and support manpower planning and headcount management.

  • HR Compliance & Operations: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor regulations. Maintain expertise in areas such as MPF offsetting, compensation benchmarking, and payroll tax considerations.

  • Market Insight: Utilize knowledge of Hong Kong labor law; familiarity with the regulatory environments in China and Southeast Asia will be highly regarded.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and compensation.

  • Prior experience within a multinational corporation (MNC) or large, complex organization is preferred.

  • Demonstrable expertise in recruitment strategies, compensation structures, and HR best practices.

  • In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong employment law. Additional knowledge of China and/or Southeast Asia markets is a distinct advantage.
