Head of Business Operation

Job Description:Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities;Act as MIC roles;

Develop, maintain and strengthen client base, identify new opportunities and develop new client relations to achieve business targets;Maintain client relationships and provide trading support to clients;Supervise the trading teams execution and monitor client transactions;Review the internal policies, guidelines and operational procedures to fulfil all prospects of sustaining the development, compliance culture and risk control; Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline;

Experience in financial industry of which 3 years in managerial position;Independent, self-initiative, customer oriented and good interpersonal skills;Sound knowledge in financial market and financial products;

Sound knowledge in IT;

Good project management, problem solving and analytical skills;  Preferably current holder of SFC Type 1,4 and 9 License, or eligible to apply;Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
