Administration Assistant
Responsibilities:
Responsible for office administrative function and perform receptionist duties such as screening and answering calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting guests, coordinating mails and couriers services etc
Responsible for travel arrangement for the team
Maintaining office facilities and equipment, pantry and office supplies, maintain the office a neat and tidy place at all times
Travel and accommodation arrangement support to the team
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management team
Assist in ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
F.7 or above
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Good telephone manner and communication skill
Strong team spirit and learning capability
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
