Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office administrative function and perform receptionist duties such as screening and answering calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting guests, coordinating mails and couriers services etc

  • Responsible for travel arrangement for the team

  • Maintaining office facilities and equipment, pantry and office supplies, maintain the office a neat and tidy place at all times

  • Travel and accommodation arrangement support to the team

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to management team

  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

  • Good telephone manner and communication skill

  • Strong team spirit and learning capability

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
