Guest Relation Officer

Working Location: Art Piece - Causeway Bay & Tsim Sha Tsui Branch (Beauty and Lifestyle Service Floor) We provide diversified services from head to toe including yoga, pilates, spa, medical beauty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for customer service, ensure frontline services in upmost standard and maintain a good relationship with our guest.
  • Handle daily operations such as general enquiry (phone / email), check in / check out, booking etc.
  • Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1 year working experience in hospitality / tourism / hotel / customer service or related service industry
  • Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable.
  • Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Relation Officer/ Guest Relation Supervisor
