GRAND PROMENADE- PROPERTY OFFICER / ASSISTANT PROPERTY OFFICER

• Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;

• Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) / (Tier 2) Licence;

• 3 years solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of luxury residential estates;

• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Committee;

• Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;

• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.

• Location: Grand Promenade, Sai Wan Ho

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include:
