Finance Manager

Purpose:

• Manage daily finance, accounting and controlling activities

• Drive quarterly forecasts, annual budget and mid-term strategy, and project implementation

• Act as a finance business partner to provide financial insights and solutions to continuously improve operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle, quarterly forecasts, and mid-term strategic planning. Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and develop actionable strategies to support business objectives.

• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Oversee tax planning and compliance activities to meet statutory requirements and optimize tax efficiency.

• Monitor and manage company cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to ensure financial stability and support growth initiatives.

• Design and implement robust internal control procedures. Maintain and enhance financial systems to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data integrity.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Deliver in-depth analysis of key metrics including sales, gross profit, and SG&A.

• Drive continuous improvement across finance and business operations, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall performance.

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting with professional accreditation such as HKICPA or equivalent

• Over 5 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years people management experience

• Big 4 candidate will be highly considered

• Sound knowledge of SAP, Excel and PowerPoint; hands on experience with Access and Power BI are preferred

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, detail-oriented approach; able to manage multiple tasks independently while continuously learning

• Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills, a sense of responsibility, and a flexible, business-aware attitude
