Matilda International Hospital is a well-respected private hospital located at the Peak of Hong Kong. We are looking for a highly motivated & innovative STAFF with good customer service skills to join our friendly team.

• Fully responsible for the departments functioning

• Providing strong leadership with clinical guidance, work direction, resource allocation and internal training to internal teams to meet corporate business objectives

• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures in ensuring high standards of practice in implementation and compliance with statutory, professional and accreditation guidelines

• Envisioning continuous improvement opportunities in service, operation and business and proposing recommendations to senior management

• Planning, implementing, and developing clinical services, including quality and risk management.

• Managing resources (human, material, financial) in a cost-effective manner

• Performing additional duties as required, including on-call responsibilities during weekends

• Degree in Nursing and post-graduate Master in a Nursing or Healthcare/ Health Services discipline a definite asset

• Valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong and post registration specialty qualifications 

• Over 15 years of post-registration clinical experience, with at least 8 years in a management capacity

• Solid experience in managerial capacity in relevant clinical setting 

• Proactive, result-oriented, passionate, embracing a collaborative style with excellent relationship
