Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer to oversee our technological direction and lead the implementation of robust IT systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, security, and continuous innovation of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the control systems, covering the development, operation, and maintenance of all IT systems.
- Guarantee the integrity of IT systems and associated internal control measures.
- Play a key role in the development, enhancement, and testing phases of core systems.
- Execute ongoing system maintenance to ensure their continued effectiveness, integrity, and security.
- Lead and direct development initiatives related to research and technology—such as analyzing the latest market practices and trends—to fulfill organizational objectives.
- Serve as the designated coordinator for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)/Command Center and as the coordinator for information security incident management.
- Continuously monitor IT security risks, IT operational risks, and cybersecurity threats.
- Contribute as an active member of the Risk Management Committee and IT Steering Committee, assisting in the formulation of policies, strategies, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of industry experience, including proven experience in team management.
- Proficiency in JAVA, with a solid understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming, and event-driven programming paradigms.
- Familiarity with mainstream open-source frameworks for internet applications; hands-on experience applying technologies such as Spring, MyBatis, Dubbo, Kafka, and Redis in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, SOA, RESTful APIs, caching mechanisms, circuit breakers, canary releases, active-active configurations, and data security architectures.
- Experience with distributed big data technologies like Hadoop, ELK, Flink, Hive, HBase, and Sqoop.
- Skilled in database design and performance tuning, with practical experience in optimizing mainstream databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL) and implementing sharding strategies for massive datasets.
- Direct involvement in at least two major SaaS platform development projects.
- Knowledge of federated learning, containerization, and orchestration technologies is a strong plus.
- Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Exceptional planning and execution capabilities.
- Professional working proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
