Job description

• Lead and manage the centre to achieve objectives and targets in terms of teaching quality, service standards and retention rate;

• In charge of overall management and the daily operation of the Centre;

• Perform administration duties 

• Assist in teaching classes;

• Maintain good customer relationship with parents;

• Understand the current education trends and systems;

Requirement

• Minimum 1 years experience in education/management role;

• Experience in managing an education centre or class teaching will be an advantage;

• Self-motivated, number sensitive and independent;

• Willing to take up challenges and management-level responsibilities;

• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Centre Supervisor.
