Building Services Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Assist the team to deal with and resolve all teachnical issues on site

• Carry out site insepctions to ensure work quality, progress and safety standard comply with specific requirements

• On-site supervision and co-ordination

Requirements:

• At least in possession of a Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; and

• A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in the maintenance of building services in Hong Kong; and

• Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in Hong Kong

• Registered Electrical Worker qualified for Grade A work under the latest Electricity Ordinance
