Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting duties including AR reconciliation and settlement
• Process bills with data entry and generate usage reports
• Communicate and co-ordinate with various internal or external parties
• To provide administration support to clients & brokers
• Maintain proper system record updating and debtor setting

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in finance or business administration related disciplines
• Working experience in billing administration, claims management, or the insurance industry is an advantage
• Accurate with figures and able to meet deadlines
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a Senior position
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
