Bartender

About the role

Sorrento (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our vibrant team in Tsim Sha Tsui Yau Tsim Mong District. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails in a fast-paced, full-time environment.

What youll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of creative cocktails, mocktails and other bar beverages

• Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

• Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked

• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and alcohol service regulations

• Collaborating with the wider team to support the overall operations of the establishment

What were looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar hospitality setting

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, bar equipment and drink preparation techniques

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Enthusiasm for creating unique and innovative drink offerings

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese, with additional language skills an advantage

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

• Able to work until 2 am
