Associate/Senior Associate, Operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform fund daily operation work including settlement, cash and position reconciliation

• Prepare and review for valuation and NAV statements

• Support client onboarding KYC matters

• Assist in broker account opening

• Liaise with custodians, brokers, and other third-party service provider

• Liaise with front office, legal/compliance and other related units when necessary

• Support new managed accounts / funds set up

• Coordinate with Fund Administrator and Auditor on the annual audit of the fund

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Accounting, Finance or other related subjects

• Strong knowledge in financial products is preferred

• Strong in Excel and knowledge in VBA is a plus

• A good team player, passionate, detail-minded and keen to develop career in asset management industry

• Good communications in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Immediate availability is an advantage
