Responsibilities:Formulation and implementation of leasing and tender/ negotiation strategy, to achieve desired trade-mix plan and maximize revenue
Handle leasing and tenancy matters including market research, pre-marketing, tender execution, fit-out co-ordination and monitoring of licensees' perfomances etc., to sustain a high quality retail portfolio in HKIA
Drive and support new projects to continue the growth of HKIA retail business, including marketing, technovation and data analytics initiatives
Conduct market studies, and pre-marketing activities for Terminal 1 retail portfolio
Assist in managing the daily operations of licences and ensure smooth changeover of licences
Coordinate all leasing-related interactions and relationships with both internal and external partners
Perform any ad-hoc duties as required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management or related disciplines
At least 6 years' relevant experience in leasing and management of retail assets with sizeable organisations
Good understanding of retail leasing practice
Strong connections with retail brands and F&B operators
Strong organizational, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is preferred
