Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders & partners to analyze current business and operations to identify and prioritize the use cases for process optimization via digitalization.
- Monitor internal and external compliance review activities (e.g., Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity Law, ISO 27001, IEC62443), address identified deficiencies, and ensure remediation steps are taken.
- Conduct control and vulnerability assessments, monitor compliance reviews to identify control weaknesses, and recommend remedial actions.
- Develop, standardize and implement IT policies and procedures across the Group.
- Work closely with IT governance parties (e.g. Cybersecurity, Management Services, Infrastructure) to ensure projects management, solution architecture and design, and working practice is strictly following IT standards, regulations and industry best practices.
- Report to senior management on residual risks, vulnerabilities, and other security exposures, including misuse of information assets.
- Act as digital product manager to layout the Smart Venue by managing the planning, architecture and design, activities and quality related to but not limited to AI/GenAI/LLM products to improve productivity and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models/solutions and collaborate with IT teams and internal/external business partners to identify continuous improvement opportunities and enhance the product.
- Keep the innovation mind-set. Conduct market research and study to stay updated on latest technologies and best practices related to but not limited to AI and data/knowledge management.
- Support the IT infrastructure including design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and operation of hardware, software, server, storage, network and backup.
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Over 6 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years in the networking, IT consulting and / or cybersecurity field
- Deep understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cybersecurity technologies
- Possess hands-on skills to support the network, systems, and applications
- Hands-on experience in solution delivery using waterfall, agile or hybrid model with strong business analytics and documentation skills
- Strong experience in technical design, implementation and support of microservices solutions is preferred. Knowledge ML/AI/GenAI/LLM, AI frameworks, prompting would be an advantage
- Experience or knowledgeable in data/knowledge management such as governance, modeling and quality assurance with relevant procedures, tools/programming language would be an added advantage
- Preferred certification in Information Security disciplines such as CISM, CISA, or CISSP
- Understanding of cloud well-architected framework and experience in implementing cloud security best practices
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Analyst.
