Job Responsibilities:
Partner with project leaders to analyse business workflows and architect system modules that solve real-world challenges.
Build end-to-end features - design, code, test, deploy, and document scalable solutions across frontend and backend systems.
Optimize and innovate - troubleshoot, enhance, and fine-tune applications for peak performance and user satisfaction.
Own your projects - provide ongoing support, updates, and modernizations for critical systems.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2.5+ years of full stack development with modern web apps (frontend + backend).
Frontend Skills: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like Vue, React or Angular.
Backend Skills: Proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), RESTful APIs, and databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, Redis).
Experience with large-scale systems - you understand scalability, security, and clean architecture.
Problem-solving mindset - you thrive on debugging complex issues and optimizing performance.
Familiarity with microservices (Docker, Node.js, NoSQL) or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Passion for UX/UI best practices - you care about intuitive, responsive design.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or testing frameworks.
Soft Skills
