1. Insurance Broker - Accounting Officer

• Location : Hung Hum

• Salary 2-30,000 x 12 + bonus

• Manage commission income and insurance broker bookings.

• Reconcile insurer statements with our broking system records.

• Investigate discrepancies by communicating with the brokerage team.

• Handle full-set accounts, including payables, receivables, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Collaborate with various departments on business and accounting issues.

• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

• Diploma or higher in Business/Accounting preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, especially in banking or life insurance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Lifebee or accounting systems is a plus.

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

• Candidates who can start immediately or shortly will be prioritized.

1. Luxury brand - Accountant (Southeast Asian Market)

• Location: Tai Koo

• Salary: 36-37,000 x 12 + bonus

• Prepare and finalize general ledger accounting entries.

• Collaborate with Accounting Officers on daily financial tasks.

• Close monthly financial books.

• Prepare monthly trial balances and schedules for brand discussions.

• Conduct inventory reconciliations and maintain fixed assets register.

• Calculate and manage monthly rental expenses for sales points.

• Draft monthly accruals for brand discussions.

• Review and finalize bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly Group reporting (SyRUS).

• Support tax reporting and audited financial statements preparation.

• Participate in internal audits and control reviews.

• Assist with projects like system enhancements, new store openings, and business takeovers.

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or CPA qualification.

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.

• Experience with General Ledger for Southeast Asia entities is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with good written English skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft D365 is a plus.

• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

1. NGO - Accounting Clerk

• Location: Wong Chuk Hang

• Salary: 17-18,000 x 12 + bonus

• Handle daily accounting transactions and cash settlements.

• Manage filing and data entry tasks.

• Assist in answering inquiries from service applicants.

• Liaise with service users or their family members.

• Support staff in coordinating home services for the elderly, including escorting, meals, and transportation arrangements.

• Minimum education of Form 5 or DSE, plus LCCI Level 2 or above.

• 1-2 years of clerical work experience.

• Proficient in typing in Chinese and English.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Basic knowledge of English and Mandarin is required.
