We are looking for a practical IT professional to provide user support, system administration, access control, UAT testing, incident handling, and simple AI adoption support. The role is suitable for someone with solid IT support experience who is also interested in using AI tools to improve documentation, user support, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and business systems.
• Perform system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support UAT, functional testing, and system release activities.
• Handle incidents, escalation, and resolution follow-up.
• Prepare user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
• Support basic AI tool usage, prompt writing, and responsible AI practices.
• Assist in simple workflow improvement using IT and AI tools.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of IT support, technical support, or system support experience.
• Knowledge of account management, basic networking, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in system administration or application testing is preferred.on
• Basic knowledge of AI tools, generative AI, prompt engineering, or Copilot-style tools.
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Cantonese and English communication skills.

Preferred

• Education, publishing, EdTech, LMS, or school system exposure.
• Basic SQL/database knowledge.
• Ticketing system experience.
• AI-related certification is an advantage.
