職位 Summary : Support the Finance and Client Services teams by documenting the end-to-end billing process, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation, and developing a comprehensive training manual for future onboarding and training.
Main Responsibilities:

Map and document the current billing processes performed by the Finance and Client Services departments.
Review and document all billing-related tools, systems, and workflows currently in use.
Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for streamlining.
Research and leverage AI and automation solutions to improve billing package preparation, reporting, and workflow management.
Evaluate potential efficiencies, synergies, and process improvements across departments.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather process requirements and best practices.
Develop clear process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
Create a comprehensive Billing Training Manual to support onboarding and ongoing staff training.

Minimum Requirements:

Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interested in process improvement, automation, and AI tools.

Deliverables:

Documented end-to-end billing process.
Inventory of systems and tools used in billing activities.
Recommendations for automation and process improvements.
AI-enabled billing enhancement proposal.
Final Billing Training & Onboarding Manual.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
