Role Description

The Logistics Manager role is a full-time, on‑site 職位 based in 香港 SAR. The Logistics Manager will oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, including coordination of international shipments to West African markets and other destinations. Responsibilities include liaising with overseas suppliers, and coordinate with logistics teams to execute shipments, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery of products. The role involves collaborating with procurement, finance, and production teams, maintaining relationships with logistics providers and vendors, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements. The Logistics Manager will also handle documentation, compliance with trade regulations, and resolution of logistics‑related issues to support efficient business operations.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee international shipping and end‑to‑end operational flow.
Experience in global logistics, trade finance, or international trade operations, ideally within consumer electronics, appliances, or related product categories.
Ability to analyze data, use logistics or ERP software, and optimize processes based on performance metrics and cost considerations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of international trade regulations, incoterms, and pre‑shipment procedures; experience in Asia–Africa trade routes is an advantage.
Proactive, very detail oriented and able to organize documentation.
Fluent English and Cantonese required; Mandarin optional (preferred)
Strong proficiency with desktop applications (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal communication and positive attitude
