高级风控经理

岗位职责：

1.   协助推进公司全面合规和风险管理体系建设、内控制度建设、重点业务合规指导与管理;

2.   负责公司风险识别评估、监测预警和应对处置，为业务决策提供风险管理建议；

3.   根据法律、法规和上级单位制度的变化，及时评估、完善公司内部管理制度和业务流程;

4.   全流程参与公司融资、固定收益类资产配置业务和衍生交易业务合规和风控的工作计划，确保业务正常开展;

5.   负责对公司业务合同出具合规风控审查意见;

6.   对接沟通并组织落实母公司各项风险管理要求；

7.   其他临时交办的工作

任职要求：

1.   本科及以上学历，优先考虑金融专业、财务专业、统计专业、经济专业；

2.   有香港及内地两地相关工作经验者优先；

3.   良好的人际交往，商务谈判和协调能力，注重团队合作；

4.   工作主动性强，有较强的学习能力，能够前往内地出差；

语言要求：普通话、粤语口语流利，英语书写流畅
