Description

  • Manage purchase orders, including creation, tracking, and fulfilment, ensuring timely procurement of materials and components for heavy machinery production.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team to oversee logistics operations, including scheduling, transportation, and delivery of materials to manufacturing sites and customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure material availability while minimizing delays and costs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and technical support for equipment-related questions.
  • Resolve supply chain and customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, shipments, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or customer service roles, preferably in manufacturing or heavy machinery industries.
  • Strong understanding of purchase order management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English required
