• Assess and diagnose: Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver therapy: Perform various physical therapy procedures, including massage, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy, to help patients recover and regain function.

• Monitor progress: Track patient improvements and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.

• Educate patients: Provide valuable guidance and education to help patients prevent and manage their symptoms effectively.

• Licensed professional: Hold a valid physical therapy license or certification, demonstrating your commitment to the field.

• Rehabilitation experience: Minimum 1 year experience in rehabilitation is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with physical therapy equipment and techniques to deliver effective treatments.

• Communication skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required to ensure clear communication with diverse patients and staff.

• Empathetic approach: Demonstrate patience, attention to detail, and empathy when working with patients.

• Independent worker: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Continuous learner: Show a keen interest in ongoing professional development and staying updated with industry advancements.
