Your new role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Department Head, responsible for developing the smooth running of operation theatre.

• Provide comprehensive patient care and implement safety measures to ensure safe practices
• Develop and ensure the effective operation of clinical services
• Address customer satisfaction and resolve quality and service-related issues
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clinical leadership, management, frontline staff, and the public
• Enhance nursing practice standards through active participation in quality improvement initiatives
• Lead and oversee the nursing unit to guarantee quality and safe care for patients.

What youll need to succeed

• Bachelors degree in nursing, Registered at Hong Kong Nursing Council with a valid practising certificate
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience in operation room within a healthcare clinic/ private hospital/ HA
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• BLS bi-yearly recertification
• Experience in nursing recruitment
