  • 管理和統籌長者支援服務、發展長者義工網絡、社區資本、鄉郊和新區發展等計劃
  • 協助帶領及進行相關服務策劃與發展
  • 結連地區及企業團體成為義工機構
  • 推行各類大型活動，包括社署之活動
  • 督導員工、人事管理及財務工作
  • 註冊社工，社會工作學位或以上
  • 五年長者服務經驗，具管理及社區支援網絡發展經驗優先
  • 良好中英書寫及溝通能力；懂普通話
  • 熟悉 MS Office、中英文輸入及 ERP 系統
  • 有領導才能、服務創新及發展能力
  • 具團隊合作精神並能配合機構發展方向
