What Youll Do Being the point of contact between clients and 3rd party dedicated visa vendor for visa applications Answering to clients phone calls and email enquiries for visa Assisting to build visa order via visa vendor portal Emailing visa application pack to requestors Providing support and mentorship throughout the visa application Validating scanned application forms with Level 1 quality check Offering expert advice and providing support for visa-related matters Assisting end-to-end visa process and keeping up to date on visa status Managing the update of visa records in the filing system Maintaining strong communication and building trust with clients Understanding the requirements of the different visa categories Staying ahead of changes in visa policies and regulations What Were Looking For At least 5 years of proven experience in Travel Management Company with client-facing skills Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with corporate clients Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Diligent - ability to act with integrity, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveler information Ability to research and resolve customer service and traveler issues independently and /or with supplier Able to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport and multi-task, accepting and adapting to change quickly and expertly This role works out of our office in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
