Responsibilities:

• Look for new business opportunities in order to achieve budget and business target

• Achieve business growth through account penetration and cross-selling

• Retain and grow the business of the portfolio assigned

• Participate in sales process including prospect presentations and insurance placement for clients

• Responsible for the negotiation, implementation, placement and administration of clients insurance programs

• Provide customer service and handle customer enquiries in policy administration and insurance programme

• Contribute to relationship building, marketing initiatives, revenue growth and exploration of new business

• Conduct presentation, meetings and surveys with clients and underwriters

• Provide technical guidance to other members of the team

• Other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in maritime studies, business or related disciplines with at least 8 years relevant working experience

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in insurance industry with solid knowledge of HK and/or Chinas Marine & Specialty products

• Familiar the business protocol in Greater China region

• Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset

• Able to work under pressure. Multi tasked, attention to details and self-driven.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Familiar with computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
