Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, review and update relevant compliance manual, compliance plan and procedures

  • Implement and update relevant compliance policies and standards in accordance with applicable MPFA, SFC, HKMA, CR and other regulatory requirements         

  • Review MPFAs brief description summarizing the areas of amendments in statutory legislation Monitor investment compliance. Update SFC RA13 related requirements           

  • Handle compliance cases and complaints referred by regulatory authorities

  • Review marketing materials to ensure the materials comply with the applicable regulations.            

  • Handle AML compliance requests and applicable AML, KYC and FCC Standards

  • Handle ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Risk Management, Accountancy, Law or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Pension or Fund Industry, in which 2 years must be with compliance function related to pension / fund products

  • Auditing, compliance and legal experience in multinational corporations or relevant industries is an advantage

  • Familiar with Mandatory Provident Fund Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other related Ordinances

  • Strong presentation, reporting and problem solving skills

  • Self-starter with sound analytical mind and well organized

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
